Note for Google Health Connect: MigraGuardAI strictly complies with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Health Connect Permissions policy. We only access health data essential for migraine prediction.
1. Data We Collect
Authentication Data: We use Google OAuth via Supabase to securely sign you in. We store your email and name to personalize your account.
Health Connect Data: With your explicit consent, we read Sleep records, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and Activity data. This is used solely to calculate your "Migraine Risk Score."
Self-Reported Data: Migraine start times, intensity, symptoms, and medication logs provided by you.
Environmental Data: Your approximate location (City-level) is used to fetch local barometric pressure and weather triggers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to provide and improve migraine management features:
To predict future migraine attacks using AI patterns.
To generate clinical reports for you to share with your healthcare provider.
To alert you of environmental triggers (e.g., barometric pressure drops).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS), meaning only you can access your personal records. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your health data. We do not share your health information with advertisers or third-party data brokers. Data is only shared with:
Supabase: For database and authentication services.
Weather APIs: To retrieve local pressure data (no personally identifiable info is sent).
5. Your Rights & Control
You have full control over your data:
Access & Export: You can view all logged data in the app at any time.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data within the app settings.
Permissions: You can revoke Health Connect access at any time via your Android System Settings.

You can delete your account and all associated migraine data directly within the MigraGuardAI App under Settings > Account > Delete Account.
